Nap Time & Rest Time
At TCA, we ensure nap/rest time is a calm and comfortable experience for all children. Soft music is played, and each child is personally comforted before resting.
- All children are required to have a daily rest. While they are not required to sleep, they must rest quietly.
- If a child wakes early or cannot sleep, they will be provided with quiet activity choices.
- Parent Responsibility:
- Parents must bring their child’s fitted crib sheet and blanket on the first school day of the week.
- Many children prefer a pillow or cuddle toy, so feel free to bring a personal comfort item.
- At the end of the week, linens will be placed outside the classroom for parents to take home, wash, and return.
Meals & Snack Menus
Each month, meal and snack menus are posted for parents and children’s convenience. TCA maintains a nut-free policy to ensure a safe dining environment for all children.
