We are a private, Early Childhood Education Academy in Tigard, currently looking for full time and part time Teachers for our Infant-Preschool age groups. Our school is growing and we are ready to fill these positions as soon as possible. Oregon Children's Academy serves ages 3 months to Pre-K.

  • Knowledge of national and state education standards, licensing requirements and procedures, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
  • Familiarity and experience in implementing curriculum for Infant, Toddler and Preschool age groups

We are seeking a dynamic Director for our established and growing Preschool/ Childcare facility to join our team as soon as possible. We are looking for a candidate that will provide professional leadership, management and administrative skills to manage and direct the preschool with a great attitude. Must be proficient in establishing and maintaining the highest quality standards in accordance with all the regulating agencies. The ideal candidate will be versatile in working with different age groups (infants to 12 yrs old), flexible in working with multiple tasks, ensure the center is ALWAYS in compliance and that staff meet all requirements. The Director works in-ratio in the classroom as needed.

Minimum requirements for this position:

At least three years of strong leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage and inspire a team.

Must be Teacher qualified (minimum 1-2 years of experience in a licensed Child Care Facility.

Compliance with state licensing standards for a preschool program director, including but not limited to criminal background screening and fingerprinting.


Duties:
